Mask representing a heart-shaped face. The arches meet and form a vertical line that thickens towards the bottom to form the nose.
The mask is highlighted with red, black, white and yellow pigments.
The face is surmounted by five horns that are usually scattered on the top of the skull. On this example, they are aligned like the fingers of a hand, which makes it a rare example.
Beautiful and well balanced mask that was used during initiations.
