    FOLDING KNIFE called Navaja
    Toledo, Spain, late 19th century
    Brass, steel, tortoise shell and bone
    Total length : 38,5 cm
    Handle length : 55 ; Blade length : 20,5 cm

    Folding knife with a slightly foliated single-edged steel blade, ending in a point, decorated with an etched vegetal design and marked "Toldeo" in capital letters.
    Its handle, finished in "rattlesnake tail", is made of riveted inserts of brass, bone with floral and vegetal motifs and tortoiseshell - one inlaid with a coat of arms.
