    SABRE called KATANA
    Signed on the Nakago
    Japan, 17th century, Edo period (1603-1868)
    Length of the blade : 70,6 cm ; Length. Total : 94cm ; Sori : 3,2

    Single-edged polished steel blade. The white stingray spindle is decorated with a pair of golden menuki and Fuchi with wave decoration and golden inlays. Kashira in lacquered wood.
    The tsuba nagamaru gata, in openwork iron.
    Saya : black lacquered with dragonflies in flight.
