    This charming sideboard from the Loire Valley in solid cherry wood has two drawers in the belt that open from below. It also has two doors made of cherry heart panels and a mitered frame underlined by a molding. The doors are joined without pilasters. They are decorated with two brass entrances, the lock and key are original and in working order.
    The interior of this period sideboard offers a storage space with a solid shelf.
    The straight uprights end in a foot trim in the Directoire style, joined by a simple bottom rail.
    The sides are panelled and have a shallow depth. The wide and smooth top has a mitered frame. It is lined with two well joined boards of the same width and a strip at the back.
    With its interesting dimensions, this sideboard with its honey color and sober lines, will invite itself in a warm interior.
