She began painting at the age of twelve and entered the Ecole de Beaux-Arts in Paris . She later continued her studies under the acclaimed Parisian printmaker, Johnny Friedlander. Her first exhibition of prints was in 1957 at the Maison des Beaux-Arts. She had several one-man shows in the 1960s, including an important 1963 show at the venerable Galerie du Pont Neuf in Paris. She also participated in the Salon du Trait in Provence and in a group exhibition on the Ivory Coast of Africa. Her work is in the permanent collection of the National Library in Paris, and the Turner Print Museum. Danielle Dilleman died in 1986.All our old prints are offered in good condition.
