Napoleon III period mirror, with a Gilded Wood Frame.
The Culminating point of this Decorative Object is embellished with a Pretty Shell in the spirit of Louis XV, surrounded by Volutes, Flowers and Foliage.
The frame presents a Finely Engraved Flowered Garland on its dominant Moulding, as well as a Pearled Frieze on the interior part.
This item has kept its original Mercury glaze. This last one shows traces of age formed during these last two centuries, but which do not harm neither the use nor the Charm of the set.
