    Chinese porcelain baluster vases, with flared necks, richly decorated with animals, flowers, foliage and picturesque characters.
    The decoration in polychrome enamels is typical of the Mandarin style of the late 19th century.
    Each vase illustrates scenes of courtiers' lives on a background of dense vegetal motifs.
