Hello, I present you this very important statue in veined marble, representing the Arab Sheik of Cairo.
After Charles Henri Cordier ( 1827-1925 ).
Charles Henri Joseph Cordier born on 1ᵉʳ November 1827 in Cambrai and died on 29 April 1905 in Algiers is a French sculptor.
The base is made of gray granite.
Estimate between 6000 and 8000 euros by auctioneers.
The height is 79 cm, width 56 cm
To note:
The base has been restored after having suffered a breakage, and some resumptions on the draper.
