Charming bronze sculpture with medal patina representing Diana of Gabies, on a square section base (the latter slightly deformed).

The Diana of Gabies is a statue of a draped woman probably representing the goddess Artemis, who is traditionally attached to the sculptor Praxiteles. After having been part of the Borghese collection, it is kept at the Louvre Museum under the inventory number Ma 529.
