Porcelain case from the Rainbow group. Formed by a rich Rococo stucco relief, painted on the case with suspended hinges in gilded metal. On each side, it includes two allegorical scenes: the seduction (squeezing the grape, the hops) and a love letter (putti with a dove in the hands); and the cooing love of two doves, and calculation (calculations of Hermes). Similar objects from the Schreiber collection are shown in the catalog page 19, figure 191. Another of the same shape was released in the Mullins collection on February 22, 1977 as number 168. In excellent condition with no damage or restoration. 19th century. Dimensions: 4X11X2cm.
