Shipping

Our main warehouse is located in Montpellier, in the south of France. The majority of our stock is shipped from there.

For small items weighing less than 20 kg and with a circumference of 180 cm (w + h x 2), the package measures approximately 50 x 30 x 40 cm.

Delivery within 7 to 14 days depending on your location.

Customs charges may be applied to your parcel, payable upon delivery. Please contact our dedicated team for more information before purchasing.

Large Items to the UK and EU

These items are shipped by our own partner couriers operating between the UK, France, and Spain. We aim for a delivery time of 2 to 4 weeks. We can ship to other EU countries, but delivery times may vary.

Large Items - Overseas Delivery

We will need your full address to obtain the actual shipping cost from our partners.

Once all costs have been agreed, we will arrange packaging and crating if necessary.

The shipment will then be delivered to our freight forwarding partners in the UK and booked for the next journey.

Delivery times can vary from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the destination.

If you don't have a customs broker to handle customs taxes (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and administrative formalities, our shipping partners can help.

These overseas deliveries can take between 4 and 8 weeks.

Insurance

For any shipment for which you have paid for additional insurance, in the event of damage during transit, any damage must be reported immediately to the final destination carrier and to us so that we can initiate the claims process.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return and refund.

Returns must be made in the original packaging as received.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

The buyer must notify the shipping company that this is a return and cover all shipping costs.
