Modify
"Shirazi" chest, certainly of Indian origin intended for the Iranian market, Dating from the 19th century.
Made of hardwood trimmed on three sides with perforated copper alloy plates with a foliated outline and nails drawing rosettes or geometric patterns.
In the center of the facade, a Balmette cut-out lock allowing a large hinged lid to be opened, and along the base, three mirrors each with a pair of handles. Two other handles placed laterally for transport.
Another copy is present at the Royal Geographical Society in London.
