About us

Rocaille has a warehouse in the south of France, in Montpellier, and a head office in England. We ship regularly between the UK, Ireland and France. We also ship worldwide.

We specialize in European decorative furniture and decorative objects for the home, garden and commercial spaces.

We supply antiques to the general public, interior designers, film decorators and commercial enterprises.

Delivery

Our main warehouse is located in Montpellier, in the south of France. Most of our stock is shipped from here.

For small items weighing less than 20 kg and with a circumference of 180 cm (l + h x 2), the parcel measures approximately 50 x 30 x 40 cm.

Delivery within 7 to 14 days, depending on your location.

Customs charges may be applied to your package, payable on delivery. Please contact our dedicated team for further information prior to purchase.

Bulky goods to the UK and EU

These items are shipped by our own partner carriers operating between the UK, France and Spain. We aim to deliver within 2-4 weeks. We can ship to other EU countries, but delivery times may vary.

Large items - Overseas delivery

We will need your full address to obtain the actual cost of shipping from our partners.

Once all costs have been agreed, we will organize packing and crating if necessary.

The shipment will then be delivered to our forwarding partners in the UK and booked for the next journey.

Delivery time may vary from 2 to 4 weeks depending on destination.

If you don't have a customs broker to deal with customs duties (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and administrative formalities, our forwarding partners can help you.

Overseas deliveries can take between 4 and 8 weeks.

Insurance

For any shipment for which you have paid additional insurance, in the event of damage in transit, any damage must be reported immediately to the final destination carrier and to us so that we can initiate the claims procedure.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return and refund.

Returns must be made in the original packaging as received.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

The buyer must contact the shipping company concerned to inform them of the return and cover all costs.
