18th century walnut scriban bearing the 1722 stamp of the Jurande des Maîtres, menuisiers ébénistes de Nantes. It consists of two parts, the upper part opening to two glass doors, all carved with motifs of raie-de-coeur, guivres, acanthus, coquille, inside rechampi sang de boeuf. The lower part opens to a fully carved flap with coat-of-arms and sculpture à la reine, concealing drawers, pigeonholes, a door and a secret bottom. Underneath, two doors with arabesque motifs, sides also highly carved.
