    Very good condition, small discreet restorations (see back) and tension bands added to the edges on the back to tighten the canvas

    Born in Brittany, he grew up in Paris where he undoubtedly received his artistic training. He illustrated the songs of his friend Théodore Botrel (1868-1925) whom he met in Paris. Died at 37, his works are rare.
