Shipping

Our main warehouse is located in Montpellier in the south of France. The majority of our stock will be shipped from this location.

For small items weighing less than 20 kg and with a circumference of 180 cm (l + h x 2), this corresponds to a box measuring approximately 50 x 30 x 40 cm.

Delivery 7 to 14 days depending on your location.

You may be subject to customs charges for your package, which will be payable on delivery of your item. Please contact our dedicated team for further information prior to purchase.

Large items to the UK and EU

These items will be shipped with our own transport partners operating between the UK, France and Spain. We aim to dispatch these items within 2-4 weeks. We can ship to other EU countries, but delivery times will vary.

Large items - Overseas shipping

We will need your full address to obtain a true shipping cost from our shipping partners.

Once all costs have been agreed, we will organize packing and crating if necessary.

The shipment will then be delivered to our freight forwarding partners in the UK and booked for the next crossing.

Crossings can take between 2 and 4 weeks depending on your destination.

If you don't have a customs broker to organize customs duties (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and paperwork, our shipping partners can help.

Overseas deliveries can take between 4 and 8 weeks.

Insurance

For any shipment for which you have paid an additional insurance fee, in the unfortunate event of damage in transit. All damage must be reported immediately to the final destination carrier and to us so that we can initiate the claims process.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return and refund.
