Biography:
Charles Théodore Perron was born in Paris on October 16, 1862. He was a student of Alexandre Falguière and Louis-Auguste Hiolin. In Paris, he exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français from 1895 onwards. He received an honorable mention in 1896 and, subsequently, a third-class medal in 1897, a second-class medal in 1899, and an honorable mention in 1900 at the Universal Exhibition. He received a first-class medal at the 1910 exhibition and participated in the Royal Scottish Academy Exhibition in 1912.
His studio was located at 35 rue Alexandre-de-Humboldt in Paris from 1895 to 1905, then at 16 boulevard Saint-Jacques in 1907 and at 6 rue Dareau in 1912. He lived in Bourg-la-Reine and died on December 18, 1934.
