A Directoire-style chair with carved, openwork reverse back. In very good condition for everyday use, it rests on a tapered front leg and a "sabré" rear leg.
It is upholstered in genuine "horsehair", with minor alterations that are more or less visible depending on the angle of view. It is made of solid walnut and dates from the first part of the 20th century. Seat height: 44 cm
