Buffet from the Nantes region, Louis XV period, embellished with numerous marquetry of lemon, amaranth and other dark wood.
Its top is a wooden top with overhangs and cut front angles.
This Cabinet consists of a belt of two drawers assembled in Dovetails. They are each equipped with two antique brass pull buttons, and offer a depth of 10.5 cm.
Below, this Buffet offers two Medallion doors, with Elm Burl panels and knockout frames. They are provided with long cut-out brass locks, and are based on double pins designed in the same alloy. The right door locks, causing the left door to close, and this Cabinet is supplied with its Original key. These openings are separated by a Pilaster, Generously Inlaid, and decorated with two protruding Columns with Capitals. The interior is furnished with a large shelf made up of two separate boards, placed on fixed battens.
The Doors of this sideboard, the drawers, as well as the fixed part in the middle of them, are bordered by facades of Geometric friezes, alternating patterns in Light and Dark Wood.
The low cross is Chantournée, animated by Volutes. It is decorated in the center with a Fan Decor, accompanied on both sides by six-pointed stars.
The front uprights of this Cabinet are cut sides and Grooves. They are crowned with Diamond Marquetry and finished with Snail feet. The rear feet are straight.
The sides of this property are composed of recessed panels and see their low cross members slightly Movement.
