Folding travel knife with two blades: one in steel signed by the cutler Seignot, the other in solid gold hallmarked with a cockerel pecking to the right (gold 3rd title 750 thousandths 1798-1809), tortoiseshell handle, gold ferrules and plate, late 18th/early 19th century.
This knife is in good overall condition.
Please note: a small nail is missing from the handle, small accidents and minor bumps on the handle and ferrules, minor snags and oxidation on the steel blade, age-related wear, please look at the photos.
