The famous bronze Edo Flute Player from the 16th century on display at the British Museum is depicted here in great detail in a large format. It was made in Benin using the lost-wax method; it is therefore an original piece and not a multiple, and it is around fifty years old. It is a beautiful baby weighing 18.5 kilos!
