Large Baule sculpture from Ivory Coast in hard wood from the middle of the XXth century, measuring about 72 cm without base. The quality of the sculpture is quite remarkable by the great mastery of the artist in the perfect style of the ethnic group, a really very aesthetic object with a beautiful deep patina of time. It is to be noted that there are some old breaks with missing parts on the left foot and on the back of the headdress. The cedar base is very well made and modern.
