    Nepal, End of the 19th - beginning of the 20th century, pretty and unusual Bhairava mask in painted papier-mâché. Bhairava, whose name means “frightening,” is a wrathful form of the Hindu god Shiva. He is represented in a menacing appearance, his mouth open, his eyes bulging. Her headdress is decorated with Citipati heads.
    Dimensions: Height 15 cm. Width 12 cm. The scale indicator in the last photograph is a small model of a lighter from a brand known to everyone.
    Good condition except for normal wear of the polychromy due to age.
