Antique porcelain jewelry box or bonbonnière, late 19th century

A family box, armorialized with nobility!

Created at the end of the 19th century, this porcelain box is made of crackled ceramic and decorated with rich French coats-of-arms.

The floral decor is inspired by a style close to Art Nouveau. The top features a blue coat-of-arms with gold outlines, a central triangle and three bright flames.

The unicorn at the top is a symbol found in ancient noble families, and the flowers, a symbol of abundance, seem to indicate a provincial origin, or at least, a milieu where flowers/agriculture was their main trade.

In very good condition, this box will be perfect for someone sensitive to the small treasures of noble families, to be used as a jewelry box, bonbonnière or as a decoration or even a collection, as these pieces are rare or even unique.

If you're a lover of late 19th-century porcelain and objects from French nobility families, don't hesitate, buy it today!

Fast & careful delivery in France, Europe & Worldwide.
