Glass bowl on a stem, set in solid silver, stamped Verlys France.
VERLYS (1925-1946) was associated with the Holophane company (glassworks in Les Andelys – Hanots).

It was an art glassworks specializing in tableware and decorative objects. The VERLYS brand name is derived from the contraction of Verrerie des AndeLYS (glassworks of Les Andelys). This artistic production comprised several hundred different pieces. The various catalogs we have attest to the quality and diversity of the pieces produced: vases, bowls, animal subjects, religious motifs, etc.

VERLYS (1925-1946) was associated with the Holophane company (glassworks of Les Andelys – Hanots).
