    Very beautiful cherub's head in oak carved in applique,
    High quality sculpture, head with the two wings folded and crossed below,
    Hair with curly locks, 17th century work.
    In good condition, note however at the bottom right a missing part at the end of the wing,
    Remains of original polychromy,
    Traces of gilding, certainly later,
    Old hanging holes present on the reverse, see photos.
