    Engraved crystal paperweight featuring the coat of arms of the lords (barons) of Welczeck* (originally from Silesia), with a double coat of arms (standing lion with sword and laurel wreath / wall with two towers), framed by two savages, wearing two helmets, from the 19th century.
    This paperweight is in good condition, of superb quality.

    * Welczek is the name of an old noble family from Silesia. The Barons and Counts of Welczeck belong to the Uradel Oberschlesiens (Upper Silesia: southeastern part of the geographical and historical region of Silesia, located mainly in Poland (in the Opole Voivodeship and the Silesian Voivodeship). The western part of the former Austrian Silesia, Czech Silesia, belongs to the Czech Republic (within the Moravian-Silesian region).
