    High-quality mahogany boat-shaped planter (Schuitje) with a brass frame. Made of fine mahogany, it retains its original handle, lining, and brass bands.
    The original lining molds to the shape of the mahogany bucket and thus fits flush with the lid. In beautiful used condition, it still displays its beautiful original patina.
    These vintage Dutch boat-shaped buckets (Schuitje) always date from around 1820 to 1850.
