Napoleon François Joseph Charles Bonaparte (1811-1832), "King of Rome", was the heir son of Napoleon I and Marie-Louise of Austria, and received this title at birth.
It is in excellent condition, with a few stains and a slight crack at the top, and traces of verdigris and wear on the frame.
