It's rare to find this type of reliquary in good condition.
The central medallion features 18 saints, 9 on the front and as many on the back. In the center is Saint Gratien Martyr, and the phylacteries identify most of the honored saints.
Made of wood and finely chiseled, the surrounding crown holds 28 separate relics, 14 on each side. The central medallion and encolpions are covered with a fine layer of mica.
A highly precise Italian work from the late 17th or early 18th century.
Dimensions approx. 10.5 cm by 9 cm. Some missing parts
