An 18th-century Tyrolean work, in an elegant gilded and repoussé copper frame, finely chased with rocaille and foliage decoration. At the center of a montage of gold and silver thread cannetilles and pearls, sits an interesting bagged relic of Saint Brigid, probably Saint Brigid of Sweden.
It is surrounded by four beautiful relics of Saints Fidèle, Honoré, Conrad and Marthe. Four other relics, of more modest dimensions, enhance this beautiful presentation.
On the back, like the five wounds of Christ, are five wax seals of a religious congregation.
