In this large reliquary, God the Father and his seven musical angels rest upon the Cloud, enthroned five important relics ex ossibus, encased in bags. Against a red background adorned with gold threadwork, at the center is Saint Catherine of Alexandria, Virgin and Martyr. She is surrounded by four other relics: those of the Apostle Saint John, Saint Maximus, Saint Innocent, and a holy relic identified as such.

On the back are six episcopal seals.
Carved and polychrome wood depicts God the Father and seven of his angels watching over these relics. Cherubim and seraphim ceaselessly sing divine glory.
Tyrolean work from the late 18th century.
