Large oval serving tray made of painted sheet metal, decorated with a romantic scene in the troubadour style: a young woman listening to a young man playing the guitar under a tree in a landscape.

The painted scene is surrounded by a gilt floral design on a red background.

There is some wear to the gilding and a few scratches; please see the photos.
A beautiful serving tray from the mid-19th century.
