Shipping

Our main warehouse is located in Montpellier, in the south of France. The majority of our stock is shipped from here.

For small items weighing less than 20 kg and with a circumference of 180 cm (w + h x 2), the package measures approximately 50 x 30 x 40 cm.

Delivery within 7 to 14 days depending on your location.

Customs fees may be applied to your package, payable upon delivery. Please contact our dedicated team for more information before purchasing.

Bulky Items to the UK and EU

These items are shipped by our own partner carriers operating between the UK, France, and Spain. We aim for a delivery time of 2 to 4 weeks. We can ship to other EU countries, but delivery times may vary.

Bulky Items - Overseas Delivery

We will request your full address so we can obtain the actual shipping cost from our partner carriers.

Once all costs have been agreed, we will arrange packaging and crating if necessary.

The shipment will then be delivered to our freight forwarding partners in the UK and booked for the next crossing.

Delivery times can vary from 2 to 4 weeks depending on your destination.

If you don't have a customs broker to handle customs taxes (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and administrative formalities, our shipping partners can help.

These international deliveries can take between 4 and 8 weeks.

Insurance

For any shipment with additional insurance, in the event of damage during transit, please report any damage immediately to the destination carrier and to us so that we can initiate the claims process.
