Large Items - International Shipping

Once all costs are agreed upon, we will arrange packing and crating if necessary. The shipment will then be handed over to our freight forwarding partners in the UK and loaded onto the next available vessel.

Transit time can vary between 2 and 4 weeks depending on your destination.

If you do not have a customs broker to handle customs duties (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and paperwork, our shipping partners can assist you with these procedures.

These international deliveries can take between 4 and 8 weeks.

Insurance

For any shipment with additional insurance, in the event of damage during transit, you must immediately notify the recipient's carrier and us so that we can initiate the claims process.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return and refund.

Returns must be made in the original packaging.

Items must be returned in their original condition.
