    English sideboard from the 19th century, made of solid mahogany of good construction.

    The piece of furniture has a symmetrical organization structured around a large central compartment with two doors opening onto interior shelves, flanked by drawers with circular brass handles and double molded panel doors decorated with gold threads. The sides have discreet small panel cabinets. The solid mahogany top displays a characteristic flamboyant grain. The piece of furniture rests on bracket feet with gestural cutouts, typical of English Georgian cabinetmaking. Warm and homogeneous patina, some slight traces of wear consistent with its age. Exceptional state of conservation according to the seller.
