Originating from Italy and dating from the 18th century, this elegant two-part sideboard is made of light wood inlaid with marquetry.
The lower part opens with two doors revealing a shelf inside; it supports the donkey-back desk section with its five small drawers.
The slightly recessed upper part opens with two slender doors revealing four shelves. The sides are slightly curved and also inlaid. A beautiful piece of furniture of very natural quality; only the interiors of two small drawers have been restored.
Dimensions of the base: 117 X 53 cm h 98 cm and of the top: 108 X 31 cm h 138 cm
