Napoleon III curved corner sideboard – Flamed mahogany and original marble

Curved corner sideboard from the Napoleon III period, in solid mahogany and flamed mahogany veneer, with a characteristic rounded silhouette.

Two scrolled leaves open onto an interior with three shelves. The original pink breccia marble top has a molded profile with a serpentine outline, resting on a molded cornice. Chiseled brass fittings adorn the leaves as handles. The whole rests on carved, scrolled legs with a molded curved apron base.

Workshop report: significant lack of veneer, particularly in the upper part, wormholes, scratches and wear on all surfaces, absence of lock. A restoration is to be expected; intervention possible on request by the seller's workshops.
