This small sideboard with tapered body opens at the bottom with two mitered doors.
Each independent panel is carved in relief with antique-style decorations depicting Zeus and his wife Hera, who is also his sister.
These doors are mounted on iron hinges and feature an original lock with key and scroll escutcheons.
The center is embellished with a slab of antique black marble underlined by a double fillet of lemon and dark wood.
The interior features an adjustable shelf on racks.
The uprights feature two double columns.
The large drawer above, decorated with a winged cherub's head, has iron pull handles.
The whole piece rests on an overhanging base with a projecting top and ball feet.
The upper part of this recessed piece of furniture, known as a diminutive, features the same work as the lower part.
It features two carved doors.
