Galerie Georgette Ébénisterie presents a Basque Art Deco Dining Table. Originating from Cambo in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques region, this table blends Basque and Art Deco styles. The table legs and the six chairs feature Basque decorative motifs, including the Basque cross, as well as a woodwork design reminiscent of the Gomez brothers. The tabletop is particularly interesting, featuring four marquetry squares. This dining set is therefore both highly regional and original.
The table operates in the Italian style, with the extensions stored under the central tabletop, which is very practical. The table measures 160 cm long and 100 cm wide, extending to 240 cm when the extensions are in place. This allows it to seat 6 people in its standard position and 10 people when fully extended. Our recommendation is to give the oak of this table and chairs a natural blond finish and to reupholster the chairs. Galerie Georgette, thanks to its cabinetmaking and upholstery workshops, offers to do this work, bringing the price of this set to €4500 excluding the cost of the fabric.
