This type of piece, produced as part of a training program and not commercially available, presents a singularity that mass-produced furniture cannot reproduce: an assumed constructive gesture, the right scale, an immediate relationship with the material.
    The solid oak oval top, with its distinctive grain, rests on two square T-shaped legs. The construction is straightforward and unadorned. The beveled edge of the top softens the whole without betraying its rigor. The matte varnish finish preserves the readability of the wood, giving it a dense, matte presence.
