Maison Lecan presents this 1970s farmhouse table made of solid oak. A traditionally crafted table, designed in the style of classic French farmhouse tables, with a tabletop 225 cm long.
Its standout feature is the tabletop. Wide oak planks with a distinct grain give the table a commanding presence without making it look heavy.
The base rests on four square legs, softened by chamfers and straight fluting, connected by a molded H-shaped brace. At the corners, period metal brackets reinforce the joint between the apron and the legs. It doesn’t budge a millimeter.
It was fully restored in our workshop and then finished with a satin varnish. The oak is protected for everyday use and retains a natural appearance.
It comfortably seats eight guests—three on each side and one at each end. With a generous clearance height of 63 cm under the apron, guests can sit comfortably on classic chairs.
Dimensions: Length 225 cm, Depth 78.5 cm, Height 75 cm / Clearance height under the apron: 63 cm
