Beautiful Restoration-era blond walnut table with Jacob legs
1st third of the 19th century
The top is open like a butterfly: the 2 sides are symmetrical, as are the flaps.
Each piece is made from a single board
This is very rare given the table's diameter
The flaps are supported by 2 curved wooden brackets that swivel outwards
    The belt is pegged
There are 6 beautifully crafted Jacob legs
All supported by large bronze shoes and original castors
The original wide-section oak runners provide great stability.
    They work very well
This table opens to a total length of 3.90 m (5 extensions of 50 cm each are possible)
    No extension leaves
    High-quality furniture
    width : 142 cm
    length : 137 cm
    closed flap length: 85 cm
    h : 72,5 cm
