Norman Foster is a British architect born in 1935 in Manchester. He studied architecture and urban planning at the same place before going to the United States to obtain a master's degree in architecture at Yale University. The project of the Reliance factories, of the so-called "high-tech" architecture, will allow him to make himself known.
