Transitional chest of drawers with curved front. It opens with three drawers and stands on 4 small scrolled feet (not rigged). It is topped with an original solid walnut top. The three drawers are decorated with a central medallion of walnut and boxwood cubes. A double fillet running along the edges of the drawers highlights them. Two "macaron" drop handles and a gilded bronze keyhole adorn each drawer. The sides feature "chapelle" moldings. Very fine original condition!
