Art Nouveau Period Commode – Mahogany & Marble – Circa 1900-1910

Chest of drawers with four drawers from the Art Nouveau period, made of solid mahogany, circa 1900-1910.

The top is in red marble veined with white and black, repolished by a professional marble worker. The drawers, framed by moldings, are equipped with new Art Nouveau style chrome metal handles with geometric and floral motifs in relief — replacement possible on request. The front pillars feature vertical moldings with the fluid lines characteristic of the style; the base is highlighted by feet connected by concave arches. The side panels are framed with sober moldings highlighting the mahogany veins. Filled and waxed finish, mahogany color. Furniture in very good general condition. Dimensions: H. 105 cm × L. 120 cm — Weight: 70 kg. Transport at the buyer's expense.
