A charming Louis XV-style chest of drawers, featuring an elegant curved front and three large drawers stacked one above the other.
This piece stands out for its lovely polychrome patina in shades of verdigris, grayish blue, and dusty rose, which harmoniously highlights the moldings and the flowing lines of its front.
The drawers are adorned with gilded metal pull handles featuring foliage motifs, as well as ornate lock plates.
The sides, also curved, feature large scalloped panels, framed by moldings and embellished with oval medallions.
The lower rail, beautifully carved, is adorned in the center with a stylized shell motif. The piece rests on four small, curved feet with scrollwork.
This chest of drawers is topped with a beautiful red marble slab veined with white, featuring a molded border, which adds a refined touch to the piece.
Its generous proportions, elegant silhouette, and soft hues give it a great deal of character.
