Louis XV solid mahogany Bordeaux chest of drawers, elegantly curved, curved and molded on the front and sides, opening to 4 drawers on 3 rows, scrolled bottom rail decorated with foliage and a stylized shell, uprights and front legs carved with acanthus leaves, from the 18th century. This commode is in very, very good condition and is of remarkable quality. It has its own locks (for the two large bottom drawers). It is fully pegged. The backs and fonssures are in good condition. The lock escutcheons and handles are in gilded bronze, the central elements are original, the others (handles and small drawers) are later.
