Table bouillotte in solid mahogany and veneered dating from the early eighteenth century.
Its wide belt with mahogany veneer, dressed with brass rods in quarter round, presents two drawers with chiselled rings and two shelves with bronze buttons.
The top is topped with a white Carrara marble surrounded by an openwork brass gallery.
Its stopper, with a frame in wood veneer, is reversible. The latter is darkened by a red leather with cold and golden vignette on one side and a burgundy felt with braid on the other side. The set rests on four solid mahogany legs sheathed and filleted, decorated with bezels in the upper part and ending with rolling shoes.
This three hundred year old hot water bottle table will please for its refined lines and its small size.
