Exceptional Art Nouveau display case, circa 1870-1880, entirely in walnut with decorations of giant poppies and gorgonians, probably Parisian work, special order for a castle in Haute-Saône in France, remarkable for the quality and abundance of its sculptures worked in the mass with thicknesses of wood 8 cm thick, upper part with rollers enveloping garlands of gorgonians as well as on the lower parts, with in its cornice a burst of giant poppies, front opening by 2 glass doors and as a special feature a door on its left side, piece worthy of a museum, excellent condition.
